When I suffered, and yes, I surely SUFFERED the losses I had, I scrambled to find reassurance that I was not crazy. That I was not alone. And, most importantly, that I was going to survive.
I am here to tell you that YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS, and your grief will get to a point where it is more manageable. I will never tell you that it will go away in time, or that time heals. While time allows you to become more accustomed to how you react to grief, telling you that you will be relieved of what you currently feel would be a lie; however, it becomes a part of you. This can be a beautiful thing. It can sculpt and change you for the better. You can love more deeply than you ever did, you can take each breath with appreciation, you can LIVE for those you have lost.
